“Very unprofessional service. I had a confirmed appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM, but no one showed up. After waiting until 11:30 AM, I finally received a message saying they are unable to come. This is a complete waste of time and shows zero respect for the customer’s schedule. If you cannot commit to your appointments, at least inform the customer in advance—not after hours of waiting. I do not recommend this company at all”
