“I have been using technopoint for few years and will stop now. They have become very slow in responding and because of the new people they have hired quality of their work has gone extremely bad. I got a new AC installed and they left few ducts open and it took me 2 months and 10 complaintsbto get it fixed when one of the superiors got time to look at it. I could not use that room for 2 months in the summer time. Because of poor work in the ac drain my kitchen roof leaked and way too many problems. For some carpetntry work i got done i am waiting for 6 months for them to come and fix the snagging work. But that team is always busy. I am done with them.”
