Villa Renovation

This villa renovation project focused on transforming the ground floor into a spacious, open and welcoming living environment. The existing layout was reconfigured to create a much larger open-plan area, improving the flow, functionality and sense of space throughout the villa.

The project included the construction of a brand-new powder room from scratch, along with the complete renovation and upgrading of the existing bathrooms. New flooring was installed throughout the ground floor, complemented by fresh wall paint and decorative finishes.

Custom-designed joinery and furniture were incorporated throughout the villa to provide practical storage while enhancing the overall interior design. A bespoke bar area was also created as a distinctive feature for entertaining and social gatherings.

The result is a modern and cohesive villa interior, combining an open spacious layout with customized details, upgraded finishes and carefully considered functional elements.
